Am I going to regret this one? I hope not!
Owen's birthday is coming up soon. A couple months ago I took him to Chuck E Cheese (he had been begging to go, all the kids at daycare talk about it). He loved it. While we were there we were sitting at the table and he was reading the paper they had on there. He read that they have birthday parties and his face just lit up. He exclaimed "Mama.... I wonder if *I* could have a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese???". He was so excited!
So we're breaking down and having a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. It will be *very* small (Owen, *C* (Jason's brothers stepson), and *J* (the boy from school that Owen is friends with) will be the only kids invited). So small they won't even rent us any of the party space. LOL! That's fine though. We're going to have it early enough in the day where they won't be busy (they open at 9am. I'm thinking we'll have it at 10:30).
Now everybody cross your fingers that it goes well and no major meltdowns happen!

Good luck at Chuck E Cheese- that is super sweet of you to take him there for his bday, I'm sure he'll have a fabulous time!!
